Shipping & Returns

Processing: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Our candles are made to order in small batches.

Shipping: Flat rate $10 shipping and free shipping for orders over $150 Australia wide. No PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Due to COVID-19, delivery times may vary. Please allow approx. 2-7 business days for the parcel to arrive. We ship with Sendle, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service in Australia. Every time they send a parcel, they offset the carbon emissions and invest in positive environmental causes.

Returns: If you're experiencing an issue with our products, please include photos and a detailed description with your order number to hi@solenn.com.au, so we can help you as soon as possible.

We accept returns within 14 days if the products are unused and in the same condition when sent. Please note that we are not responsible for the return shipping payment, or for any damage in transit of returned goods. We do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards.
